静电式空气净化器放电保护现象研究分析http://www.jiuliangmei.com/

1 引言

静电除尘是在高压发生极和收集极之间加载很高的电压, 使高压极发生电晕, 从而释放出大量电子, 然后电子会由于电场力作用而向积尘极移动, 并在移动过程中与粉尘粒子发生碰撞而使粉尘荷电, 之后荷电粉尘会由于电场力的作用运动并最终附着在收集极上[1]。图1是静电除尘的工作基本原理图。由于高压放电的缘故, 需另配置安全保护装置。

高压直流电源的工作原理 (见图3) :市电220V/50Hz交流输入电压, 经过EMI滤波器[2]滤除高频的干扰信号及噪声后, 再经过整流电路、PFC电路得到300V左右的直流电压, 然后经过电源的逆变部分进行DC/AC及高频的转换, 得到了高频交流电压, 再经过高频升压变压器和倍压整流电路升压输出6k V~18k V高压直流电压。电源反馈电路通过调节PWM输入占空比来调节输出电压值、稳定输出[2], 控制电路通过湿度传感器检测环境湿度大小来确定调节输出高压值, 这部分也是本文重点论述内容, 输出的高压在不同湿度下影响到机器运行放电打火问题, 因此电路中还需设计电压反馈保护电路。即根据输出高压值的大小给控制器一个反馈电压 (反馈电压值取值一般为输出值得1/10000左右) , 如反馈电压值低于一定, 则说明高压输出因放电而降低了输出, 通过反馈电压的大小, 控制器修正输出高压值的范围, 减少放电过多拉低启动电压, 导致启动失败。

2 放电打火问题研究分析

2.1 放电原因

2.2 现象分析
